* There is a $150 cleaning fee (plus tax) per reservation.
* Prices exclude the 9.0% Vermont Room & Meals Tax.
* Maximum Legal Occupancy of 8 people (regardless of the cabin).

First Responders, Military (active, reserve, veteran) and Medical Professionals get 10% off their stays of 3-nights or more.
