The boring stuff...

Rules & Regulations

• Vermont Fire Safety Regulations limits maximum occupancy to 8 people per cabin
• No camping allowed on property (no tents, vans, trailers, pop-ups, etc.)
• No Smoking in cabins under any circumstance (including all substances, manner and methods)
• Please make sure all food and trash is stored in the cabin or secured in the dumpster. Never leave it out at night.
• Please do not park or drive on the grass.
• No fireworks / firecrackers / firearms used on premises

Check-In, Check-Out

• Check-In time is 4pm. Check-Out time is 10am.
• Checking in - A few days in advance of your reservation, you will receive an email with a four-digit code to enter your cabin. This is unique to your reservation, and to your cabin. There is no need to check-in anywhere - as long as you are there after 4pm, the code will work and you can simply let yourself in.
• Checking out - Please throw your trash into the dumpster. Please close all windows, shut off all fans and air conditioners, and clean any dirty dishes (or load and run dishwasher if available). Lock the door behind you on your way out. 

Dog Friendly in all locations

• Limit to two dogs per cabin
• Please clean up after your dogs (including outside)
  
• Please keep your dogs off of the beds and other furniture
• Unfortunately, the following dog breeds are not allowed: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, wolf hybrid or any dog that is a mix that includes one or more of the breeds listed above.

Cancellation Policy

• 95% refundable if cancelled 30 or more days prior to check-in (5.0% fee to cover credit card processing costs)
• Non-refundable if cancelled within 30 days of check-in
• Cleaning fees are refundable in all instances of cancelled reservations
• Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on cancellations due to weather or natural disasters
